Who We Serve

These businesses look nothing alike. Operationally, they are the same business.

Revenue Machine does not organise founders by industry. Industry describes what a business sells. Operational maturity describes what it can carry — and that is what determines the diagnosis.

Business Maturity · 01

Three stages. One question at each.

  • Prove the Engine

    Operational signature
Revenue exists, but repeatability does not. Demand or unit economics are not yet proven at a level worth scaling behind.
    Ecosystem response
No implementation partner is appropriate yet. The work is upstream — diagnosis, sequencing, and proving the core before any growth investment.
  • Build the Engine

    Operational signature
The core holds. Growth still runs through the founder and referrals, with no repeatable, measurable acquisition system to invest behind.
    Ecosystem response
A partner is recommended only when the binding constraint is acquisition, and only where the partner builds engines rather than scaling one that already exists.
  • Scale the Engine

    Operational signature
A measured engine, sound unit economics, and delivery that holds under volume. Expansion is warranted.
    Ecosystem response
Primary ecosystem fit. The partner is selected on the evidence of the specific constraint identified in the Review.
